Doug is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who works out of the Lakeville office. He acquired the company from Mark and Jodi Rother in early 2025. He is dedicated to carrying on the company’s legacy of simply helping people hear better by offering the best products and providing exceptional care.

Jodi Rother has been licensed by the State of MN for 26 years as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jodi previously was part owner of The Hearing Aid Doctor, Inc., for over 31 years and supported the Stewartville and Lakeville offices. She provides hearing healthcare with a personal touch to ensure each patient is getting the best hearing results possible.
